Manage Your Way to
the Top is a focused program designed to expand manager’s people skills.
This interactive program produces managers that have the skills,
knowledge and a step-by-step action plan to build teams that will elevate
their company to the top of their industry.
Manage Your Way to the Top may
be scheduled as a five day program or designed to allow managers to
function in their jobs as they learn on the job.
The second option requires a full day of training each week for
four weeks with homework and an additional half day after the training,
where we coach each manager individually on the job at their
worksite.
